Leaving the comfort of your current home is quite an emotional and stressing experience. And our competent team at ACM&ES completely realizes and acknowledges the significance of the situation. We have a sound idea as to what you will need and what you probably will not, BUT we recognize your need to keep things that are special, regardless of its use or need.

The process initially starts with a complimentary consultation visit, which is followed up by an estimate.  During this phase, we keep forth all the befitting and appropriate options for your needs. Our clients have the freedom to review and approve different plans, per their choice, at their leisure.  Once the proposal is approved, we move forward with the implementation of the action plan.

GETTING STARTED

We pay complimentary consultation visits to discuss our clients’ priorities, special requirements and available options.

FOLLOW UP

Review initial discussions and any change of plans
Execute service agreement
Measure furniture items for space planning
Compile digital photo file for all rooms including cabinets/closets, drawers, etc.
Design customized floor plan options for new residence
Outline timetable and action plan

FINAL DECISIONS

Review floor plan options
Organize/sort/tag household contents to be moved
Submit change of address/transfer utilities
Schedule arrangements with professional movers
Provide professional packing services and itemized list of numbered boxes and contents

SUPERVISION FOR THE MOVE DAY

Supervise movers and coordinate placement of furniture.
Unpack and organize all household items
Conduct tour of new home with client to show placement of all items

WINDING UP PROCESS

Coordinate pick up/distribution of all gifted/non-moveable items not included in an estate sale. Arrange cleaning service if an estate sale is not scheduled.

ESTATE/MOVING SALE

For your Estate/Moving Sale, our team will provide:

  • Complimentary in-home consultation
  • Written agreement outlining specified services, terms and timeframe
  • Attention to details of merchandise as it is:
    • Sorted, organized and tagged
    • Priced for top dollar deals
    • Staged for shopper enticement
  • Promotion of Sale and merchandise via email campaign, and online websites
  • Arrangements to liquidate non-saleable items and house cleanout.
  • Schedule cleaning service after house cleanout.
