The process starts with an in-home walk through to view the contents of the home to see if it meets our criteria to do an estate sale, and to explain our timeline for our specific services, terms and conditions.
We bring in tables, table linens, display cases, boards, garment racks, etc. to sort and set up the sale. We pride ourselves on our attention to details in staging the “merchandise” for shopper enticement. Just like the trendy boutiques, vignettes are set up with home décor, collectibles, jewelry, clothing & accessories, kitchenware, pantry, garage, etc.
Extensive research is done when identifying and pricing all items (big and small) for top dollar sales. We have a national network of Professional Estate Liquidators through our membership with the ASEL to consult with on unique items. Additionally, we seek advice from local professionals with expertise in specific areas to determine the best price or resource to sell specialty items, e.g., consignment, auction house store front or on-line, etc.
We use several websites and social media to promote the sale and send out an email to our customer base of 2,800+. We have a loyal following of customers and happy clients as a result of our sales. For unsold items left over after the sale, we can arrange for a buyout/cleanout or arrange for items to be donated, ensuring a tax deduction and helping a family in need.
